Although every project is unique and may require a different approach, there are a few principles that we constantly follow. The list below highlights some of our key methodological approaches. Project management We believe that projects that fail to plan, are planning to fail. Depending on the size of projects, we first determine the scope of the project, and the degree of project planning required. For smaller projects, we establish a small and informal project methodology. For larger, more formal projects or potentially politically difficult projects, we have expertise in PRINCE2 and can scale project management methodologies to fit a wide variety of scopes or contexts. For each project, we aim to strike the right balance between faster-informal methodologies, and slower-formal approaches. Simplified processes To guide customers through a variety of processes, we've developed a series of project planning forms and communication tools which simplify a number of complex tasks. Based on years of experience and best practices, these documents will help clients to articulate their goals, express their preferences and to provide feedback. Moreover, at each milestone, we provide visualizations and planning blueprints so our clients can easily provide feedback and join us, as a partner in achieving their goals. Social marketing approach Of all the social change approaches, we believe that social marketing is the most effective. Commonly defined, social marketing is the application of commercial marketing principles to social change programmes. Being rooted in commercial marketing, social marketing takes behavioural change as its bottom line, and frequently follows a simple process of empirical research, project formulation, market testing, implementation and evaluation.
