Build your workshop in 4 steps
To ensure that your team develops the knowledge and skills most relevant to your business, we’ll spend some time to build a tailored training program. Here’s how the process normally goes.
Step 1. Discuss your goals with us
We want to understand your business, goals and learning needs so we can offer training that is spot on. We like to get into the details of your business, your typical challenges, staff capacity and so on. This may require a few discussions.
Step 2. Select lessons
Our entire training system consists of 6 days’ training, with over lessons broken into 80 mini-lessons. Most lessons contain a combination of theory, reinforcement exercises, and practical applications.
Below are our 2 most popular courses. We also provide training on personality, psychometric nudging, and gamification for education with a focus on LMS design.
Step 3. Pick your format
In most cases, students love our default approach. We’ve spent years perfecting the format, which blends our content with experiential learning, group exercises, design challenges and scenario-based learning games. It’s quite engaging.
However, depending on your needs, we can tailor different types of courses. If you prefer a traditional classroom setting, no problem. If you prefer a hands-on workshop, fine. And if you prefer a behavioral science sprint, that’s also good.

Our fees are straightforward. The prices start at 20% below our public rate and then go down with group size.
To estimate the price, count the number of participants, look up the price per person, and multiply.
There may be additional fees for applicable taxes, travel, accommodation, room/equipment rentals, agreed overhead, or any requests for unique content development.
But these would only be charged with your approval.
Our minimum fee for training outside Toronto is $5,000.
