When will I receive my certificate(s)?

We manually process and distribute student certificates at the end of the training season. We also send a separate certificate per workshop completed.

Since we need to do this by hand, students who have completed our training from September to December will normally receive their certificate by the end of December or early January. Students who have completed our training from March to May will normally receive their certificate by the end of June or early July.

I haven’t received my certificate yet, and it’s past the send date

If it’s past the approximate certificate send date, and you have not received your certificate, then something has probably gone wrong. All we need to do is confirm your records and then we’ll send you a new certificate.

To claim your certificate after the send date, complete our student support contact form on this page. We need to cross reference our records, and if your ticket was purchased by a third party, you’ll need to provide the name of the organization or person who purchased your ticket.

I lost my certificate. Can you send me another?

No problem. Just complete our student support contact form on this page, and make sure you include the workshop you attended, location, and date.

I need proof of attendance, and I can’t wait for my certificate.

I need proof of educational content.

I need to complete a written test, and your online testing has been delayed

Our plans to launch our written test have been delayed, because of the need to bring all students up to speed on the curriculum. Our problem is that we can’t provide a simple test, without also providing a full suite of online training, so that all students can write the test, regardless of when they took our training.

We are now addressing this by modularizing our training into fixed curricula, and developing a suite of training materials that can be used in independent self-study.

We’ve had to push up the launch date a few times, and are aiming to launch the self-study kit and testing in September 2017.

If, however, you are in the situation where you need to write a test for any formal requirements, please get in touch with us. We will discuss different interim options.

How do I get my 15% off alumni price

In 2017 we introduced a 15% off discount code off all our training alumni. This code can be combined with the early bird rate. However, it cannot be combined with other discount codes, so if you’re with a university, instead of the 10% university reduction, you would get the 15% off alumni price.  If you’ve purchased tickets for a future workshop and didn’t use the code, complete our student support contact form  on this page and we’ll send you a retroactive reimbursement for any difference between what you paid, and the alumni price. This does not apply to workshop that you have already attended, nor workshop that participants missed and elected to take in the future. To claim your code, just complete our student support contact form.

How do I claim a ticket if I had to cancel my workshop at the last-minute and postpone?

If you have provided us with advanced notice that you couldn’t make it to your workshop, you will be eligible for future access to the same workshop you signed up for, or the equivalent number of workshop days. However, the onus is on you to contact us in advance of the workshop you want to attend, for any city and time that is convenient for you.

I want to obtain replacement training materials, and I’m still waiting

We’ve had a number of request for print materials. Our policy to date has been to only provide materials at our training. However, with increased demand, we are now in the process of formalizing our materials, and placing them in a print on demand service.

We have saved all requests, and once complete, we will contact all students who made prior requests, and if you would like to be notified, complete our student support contact form on this page and state the workshop you attended.
